Last week, antitrustitalia hosted a seminar titled “The Implementation of the Digital Markets Act: A practical guide for future challenges” followed by a cocktail reception in Skadden’s Brussels office.

Lawyers, policy makers and professionals gathered to learn more about the Digital Markets Act implementation, the main challenges that the European Commission and tech companies are facing at this stage as well as the relationship between competition policy and other industrial policies.
