antitrustitalia Competition Lunch Talk

Last week, antitrustitalia Page hosted a lunch talk in the DG Comp’s auditorium with guest speaker Antoine Babinet. Lawyers and professionals gathered to learn more about the recently introduced gatekeepers notification process and and how it compares to merger control. Attendees had lively discussions and shared insights on the designation process under the Digital Markets Act.
